Big Tree Tuition Centre is a learning center in Mont Kiara and has launched a homeschooling education program recently. We provide an effective learning approach and an integrated learning environment where students can explore and discover their curiosity and desire to learn and strive for academic excellence.
Our focus is not only on intellectual growth but also on developing strong character traits like integrity and humility. Through interactive student-teacher interaction and fostering critical thinking skills, we aim to equip students with the confidence to face challenges.
Cambridge Primary Education is prepare for learners aged 5 to 11 years with core subjects: English, Mathematics, Science and ICT. It gives students an opportunity to build a strong foundation with essential skills for later learning. Our teacher also will assess student’s learning progress to prepare them for the pre-IGCSE.
We believe that the literacy and communication are key life skills. The Cambridge Primary English framework enable learners to communicate effectively and confidently through spoken and writing language. This curriculum enable leaners to broaden the critical skills and knowledge to respond in the range of information, media and comprehension texts that promote cross-cultural understanding.
The Cambridge Primary Mathematics curriculum framework explores in five content areas: number, geometry, measure, handling data and problem solving. Mathematics equips students with the ability to reason logically, to solve problems and to think in abstract ways. It is integral to nearly all aspects of life.
The Cambridge Primary Science curriculum framework explores in four content areas: scientific enquiry, biology, chemistry and physics. Scientific enquiry is about the process of observing, inferring, classifying, predicting, measuring, questioning, interpreting and analyzing data.
Cambridge ICT starters gives schools a flexible framework to develop learners’ ICT competence. Modules Information and Communications Technology (ICT) is now part of the educational experience worldwide and regarded as a new ‘literacy’ alongside reading, writing and numeracy. Cambridge ICT Starters typically used for students aged 5-14 years.
It can be delivered according to the needs of each learning situation and age of the learners – across the curriculum or as a separate course of study.
Students will develop key ICT skills in a range of applications including computer programming, word processing, digital graphics, databases, spreadsheets, email, presentations, video/animation, the internet and web authoring. They will also consider wider issues such as eSafety and the adaption of their work to suit their audience.
Pre-IGCSE Education is prepare for student aged 12 to 14 with flexible curriculum framework that lead young learners from natural primary education progression to post-14 education programme. These syllabus include English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Malay as a Second Language and ICT. Cambridge Pre-IGCSE Mathematics curriculum formwork explores six content areas: numbers, algebra, geometry, measure, handling data and problem solving. The first five content areas are underpinned by problem solving, which provides a structure for applying mathematical skills. Mental strategies are also a key part of the number content. The structure of this curriculum framework focuses on principles, patterns, systems, functions and relationships. Students with a solid understanding of math are able to think independently, solve problem and assess risk.
Cambridge Pre-IGCSE Biology course facilitates the fundamental concepts through a mix of theoretical and practical studies for students to understanding the way biology affects everyday life that can have both good and bad effects on individuals, communities and the environment.
Cambridge Pre-IGCSE Chemistry course facilitates the fundamental concepts through a mix of theoretical and practical studies that enable students to develop an informed interest in science and scientific expansions. Chemistry is sometimes called the “central science” because it connects other sciences to each other.
Cambridge Pre-IGCSE Physic course explore the basic building blocks of the universe – energy and matter. They’ll be introduced to a range of interesting phenomena and discover surprising explanations for everyday things we see and take for granted.
Cambridge IGCSE Foreign Language Malay course is designed for learners who are learning Malay as a foreign language.
